Events bin caps (these are the red and yellow rubbish and recycling caps that sit on top of wheelie bins) are available to support your waste system. Caps can be booked from GDP Industries in North Geelong and you can download a booking form here
If the broader issues of sustianability concern you also and you would like to minimise the total impact of your event (not just waste), there is now a great online Sustainable Events Planner resource developed by the Sustainable Living Foundation.

A well planned waste management plan including a comprehensive community education program will assist you to to minimise waste and increase recycling, and will help you gain cooperation of waste contractors and stallholders and educate your patrons to ‘do the right thing’ so waste management at your event will run smoothly.
