Litter Laws

Victoria's litter laws have been reviewed and incorporated into The Environment Protection Act. As well as increased fines there are new offences for bill posting and the delivery of unsolicited mail into letterboxes with ‘no junk mail’ stickers.
The changes also mean that it will be much easier for Councils to enforce the litter laws. To view the Environment Protection Act 2002 click here.
