Report Litterers
Rubbish thrown from motor vehicles is a major source of litter. You can report those that litter from vehicles through the EPA Litter Report Line.
If you see someone throwing litter from a motor vehicle, take note of the vehicle registration, make and model of the vehicle, time and place that the offence was committed, and a description of the type of litter that was left behind.
